Facility Hygiene
Cuhigen offers farmers a wide range of detergents and disinfectants, descaling, degreasing, etc., which complement the facilities hygiene whole process.
Extra-concentrated alkaline detergent. Minimal/low production of plastic waste/residues. Is used as alternative method. Formulated with soda, potash and sequestering additives. Dosage: 0,2%.
In potash and soda base, chlorinated alkaline detergent. It is used as alternative method or once a week. Dosage: 0.5% in hot water (55-65 ºC).
Soda and stabilized base, chlorinated alkaline detergent. It is used from 0.5 % in hot water (55-65 ºC).
Degreaser and disinfectant acid detergent, used for cleaning small circuits with cold water. Dosage: 0,5 %.
EXTRA concentrate, acid descaling detergent. Is used as alternative method. It is an acid, surfactant and bactericide mixture. Dosage: 0,2 %.
Phosphoric acid concentrated, descaling and detergent acid. It is used in an alternative method or once a week. Dosage: 0,5% in hot water (55-65 ºC).
Very effective biocide liquid. Paracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide based. Suitable for teat dip cup disinfection after every cow milking, either by dipping the teatcups ( 1 minute, 0,5 % dosed) or by direct spraying (2% dosed).
